The three winners of the Fringe Festival Windows | Frames exhibition in Sydney Rd have been announced and they are: Aviva Hannah with “Dancing On Glass” at BLISS (529 Sydney Rd), Michael Carolan’s “Invitation to Treat- The Collectable Art History Series” inside Celinesat 581 Sydney Rd and Justin Davis’s “Lanuola” at Gallery & Tattoo, 696 Sydney Rd.
Thrillingly, the work I entered (below) has receieved a special mention. Other special mentions also went to Devika Bilmoria, That’s Bogus Body Art, Julian Di Martino, Pam Kleeman, Chiara 3, Vicki Mullins and Gemma Jackson. My work is at 662 Sydney Rd, in the window of Kidz Biz. The exhibition is running until Sunday October 10th so there is still plenty of time to have a look yourself and check out all the great work. All the works this year are being exhibited in shops between Albert and Albion Sts.
