We have an angle-grinder, a welder, an old stainless steel bench in the garden and the remains of someone’s carpentry workbench.
Shortly we will have a new kitchen bench and one of those snazzy island trolley things. Inner-urban-semi-industrial-kitchen-chic we shall call it.
Our friend Andrew May will be the one making all of this possible, as while I do know how to wield an angle-grinder and a welder the level of finesse required to bring this off is way beyond me. My version would have to be put in the garden and called ‘Art’. Capital A. Otherwise you might not recognise it.
