“the future’s bright, the future’s orange” takes on new significance when your baby starts on solids and carrot is the subject currently being played with. We chose carrot because its supposed to be easy on their stomach and with Jacob’s stomach’s history of cramps and predilection for ejecting stuff it just seemed a good idea. So, how does less than half a teaspoon of carrot consumed = everything that comes out of either end for the next 8 hours being an alarming and staining orange colour?
